About us

Red Dragon Tee Tours Ltd is a golf travel company born in the heart of Cardiff. Our tours are inspired by my personal experiences and the legendary grounds of the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, where I found time to reset and focus, Golf was my escape. We understand the joy of playing on breathtaking courses and the memories that come with each swing. Based in Cardiff, we are dedicated to providing exceptional golf travel experiences that honor the rich traditions of Wales and beyond.

We craft bespoke tours starting from local gems across Wales, expanding throughout the UK, and soon reaching iconic destinations across Europe, the US, and Dubai.

The event represents and honours those who bravely battle cancer and celebrates the strength and resilience each patient has to go through. The Gunford Shield is not only the reward, it is a tribute for those who fight with grace, live with heart and leave behind a story worth lifting. With every swing and every putt you'll be part of something special. This represents the memory of loved ones who face life's hardest trials with unshakable courage.

Red Dragon Tee Tours was born in Cardiff and built on the strength of an incredible woman our mother, our nan, our grandma who faced cancer with the quiet power of the Welsh dragon. Her courage gave me hope when I needed it most. Golf gave me space to breathe, reflect, and rebuild during months of pain felt throughout the family. This business is a tribute to her legacy crafted with pride, purpose, and the fire she left behind, someone who liked to travel and explore, creating memories for all. An annual event will also take place for this incredible woman.

Red Dragon Tee Tours Ltd – Booking Policy

We’re proud to offer unforgettable golf experiences built on heritage, hospitality, and honest value. To keep things smooth and transparent, here’s what every guest should know before booking:

1. What’s Included: * Hotel accommodation (budget/economy class, typically 3-star unless stated otherwise).
* Daily breakfast.
* Return transfers from Cardiff (unless otherwise specified).
* Scheduled rounds of golf per tour.
* Flexible payment plans (deposit + instalments).
2. Payments & Cancellations * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
* Full payment is due 90 days before departure.
* No refunds will be given once payment is made, regardless of cancellation reason. If Red Dragon Tee Tours ltd for any reason need to cancel an event or tour then a full refund will be given. 
3. Fuel Supplement A small fuel supplement may apply, depending on travel distance and group size. This will be confirmed at the time of booking and kept as low as possible.
4. Weather & Conditions Golf is an outdoor sport, and weather is beyond our control. In the event of course closure or disruption, we’ll work with venues to offer alternatives, but refunds cannot be guaranteed. 5. Insurance & Conduct Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance. We ask all participants to respect fellow travellers, venues, and staff—Red Dragon tours are built on camaraderie, connection, and good vibes.

6. Golfers Conduct 

Any form of abuse, violence, threating or unacceptable behaviour will result in immediate removal from the tour. We reserve the right to inform local authorities and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests and team. This also means finding your own way home and removal from tour accommodation, no refunds will be given as a result of your actions.

GDPR & Data Protection

Red Dragon Tee Tours Ltd is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect only the information necessary to process your booking and communicate with you about your tour. Your data will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and will be stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. You have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

Participation in any Red Dragon Tee Tours Ltd events, including all rounds of play, is entirely at your own risk. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our guests, Red Dragon Tee Tours Ltd accepts no liability for: • Personal injury, illness, or loss sustained during the tour or while playing.
• Damage to personal property, including golf equipment, clubs, trolleys and bags.
• Delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, venue availability, or third-party providers.
• Any costs incurred due to missed transport, accommodation issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Guests are responsible for securing their own travel insurance, including cover for medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings. By booking a tour, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, and venues. Any form of abuse, violence, or threatening behaviour on or off the course will result in immediate removal from the tour as per our booking policy.
